Haley is an eating disorder specialist, the owner and clinical director at INSPIRD Nutrition and Mental Health Counseling, and provides supervision to dietitians and private practice teams. Her current work is centered around supporting clinicians in building endurance and preservation within their practice for collective wellbeing.
In this conversation, Haley and Hannah discuss their journeys to starting group practices, building a multidisciplinary treatment team, the dilemmas of sliding scale spots, and many lessons Haley’s learned in 11 years of being in business.
